5 major projects, several mini projects to organize your sewing supplies

Learn zippers, button holes, bias tape, piping & all the fancy feet that come with your sewing machine

Master a variety of patterning skills

4 Classes at 2hrs+ in length (Every Tuesday evening in August)

Small group teaching setting, limited to 5 students

April Sewing Classes

OPEN SEWING

Bring your sewing machine and unfinished sewing projects, or a new project on Pinterest you're dying to re-create. The sewing pro from Darling Livi will be there to help.

Snacks & Drinks are provided. We also have door prizes & a nifty coin purse make in take project.

Please contact us in advance if they need help planning a project or if you want to borrow a sewing machine for the day.

INFINITY SCARF &

FLOWER CLASS

Make a fresh, fun infinity scarf for spring! Choose from 3 trendy fabrics to suit your personal style. We will also make a beautiful fabric flower pin to accessorize your scarf.

Learn how to cut and sew with knits, utilize different kinds of fabric glue, & master how to make a cover button.
No Sewing machine or experience required!

BEGINNER SEWING SERIES

Perfect if you want to learn to sew! Becky from Darling Livi for this 4 part Beginner Sewing Class series.

This class is a four session class that introduces beginners to the basics of sewing: using the sewing machine, understanding the pattern, sewing terms, cutting, marking, current construction methods, pressing, and using tools and notions. Sessions consist of a lecture-demonstration, with workshop time and individual instruction.

You will create two projects. A tote bag to carry your sewing projects in and an apron.

We will have sewing machines available or you can bring your own.

Kit will contain: patterns and fabric for both projects, fabric scissors, seam ripper, tape measure, glass head pins, a seam gauge, hand sewing needles, marking pen and the book

Sew with Confidence: A Beginner's Guide to Basic Sewing by Nancy Zieman.
